A delightful rooftop surprise

Waking up to a fantastic breakfast spread was a joy! The friendly staff, especially the concierge, were always eager to assist. The rooftop bar provided breathtaking views, perfect for winding down.

The nearby street noise was noticeable at times, which disrupted the otherwise serene atmosphere of the hotel. While the room was comfortable, I did wish for a bit more noise insulation.

I recently stayed at Thien Thai and enjoyed the clean interconnecting Family Room. Phuong at the front desk was super helpful with local tips. The hotel’s nearby eateries and cafes were a treat. A bit noisy at times, but overall a nice stay!

It seems expensive for laundry services!!! Some facilities could use maintenance or updates!!! The gym, while clean, lacked more versatile equipment!!! This hotel could significantly improve with a proper workout space!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The stunning building gave off a beautiful vibe, and the location put us right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm afternoons. Plus, the breakfast spread was the best we've had, featuring a large dining area filled with delicious options. It was a great way to start our days!

The only downside was the slightly slow Wi-Fi. It was a bit frustrating at times.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location made our stay enjoyable, especially with the added perk of a welcome drink upon arrival and the convenience of luggage storage for our travel plans.

We had a great time! The staff was super helpful, especially at breakfast, and the location near the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring. We chilled at Uncle Joe's Irish Pub for some great live music and enjoyed delicious local food at nearby spots. Highly recommend the massage at the spa too!

The location was ideal, a quiet retreat just a short walk from the bustling old quarter, with great local eateries and cafes nearby. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful local tips and ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious gourmet pizzas and customizable eggs. While the bathroom amenities were clean and well-stocked, the Wi-Fi could benefit from improvements for a better experience.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay where the rooftop restaurant exceeded my expectations with its panoramic view of Hanoi and tasty cocktails. The breakfast offered a vast selection, including fresh fruits and customizable egg dishes, catering to everyone's tastes. My room was comfortable and spacious, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. A minor improvement could be to have better communication regarding room number confirmations at the breakfast buffet.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting pause in Hanoi with attractive and competitive value for money. The massage I had was fabulous, only 700 VND for an hour. Try the nearby pub for a great atmosphere and local brews.
